This project is an in-progress CMU capstone collaboration with Cyrtan Energy, a waste-to-energy company, utilizing the Integrated New Product Development (INPD) method to identify an opportunity and develop an innovative solution. The slides below document our current progress, capturing research insights, concept development, and early design directions. The next phases will cover a full business model, service design, technical requirements, and go-to-market strategy.
